We loved the venue. The wedding planner was very professional and covered everything the first meeting down to every detail. Communication leading up to the wedding was great. The service was wonderful the day of the wedding all guests were taken care of getting from cars to doors with the rain. Everything looked beautiful. The facility and grounds are magnificent. It is the best wedding venue in Schuylkill County.

Absolutely the best! Nancy has been nothing but "over the top" in welcoming and making sure the whole event was an excellent time. We have come to this venue for both of our children's weddings and give 5-stars both times!

Mountain Valley was absolutely beautiful!!! The staff was so kind and helpful!! Nancy and Shannon were the absolute best! They made the days leading up to and the day of the wedding run so smooth. The food was also amazing!!!!!! I had so many guests come to me and tell me how great the food was. I highly recommend this venue. Everything about it was amazing and special.

I have nothing but the best things to say about my experience with Mountain Valley. From the very beginning I was impressed; we quickly received the packages from the venue and was able to set up an appointment to tour and meet with Nancy within a few days. When we met with Nancy and toured the venue, which was set up for a wedding later that day, we knew immediately it was the perfect place.

MV had the gold chiavari chairs, great AC, a beautiful ceremony view, a rain option for the ceremony, nice meal choices, beautiful bridal suite, the hotel down the road with shuttles, and we loved the view on the deck that overlooks one of the courses. I danced all night and was so happy that we had so many guests enjoying themselves with the great views outside and the cool night breeze. Our guests have been raving about the ceremony view and understood why we chose Mountain Valley for our wedding.

My husband convinced me to look at Mountain valley because he wanted to get married where there was a beautiful view. Let me tell you, the first second I saw Mountain Valley I knew I had to get married there. From the ceremony site, to the reception, everything was absolutely perfect. Nancy and Shannon made sure our day went so smoothly and we are so incredibly grateful and thankful. Our guests told us that Mountain Valley was one of the nicest wedding venues they had ever seen. No other venue we looked at compared to Mountain Valley when it came to quality for cost.

The Mountain Valley Wedding Experience

Your wedding day begins at the Clubhouse, in the private upstairs bridal suite. With your bridesmaids, you enjoy breakfast and drinks served by our experienced staff. Soon your guests will gather at the Overlook, an amazing outdoor ceremony location with a 20 mile view of the lake and the mountains beyond. You’re shuttled to the Overlook by our team and the ceremony is perfect. Your guests are in awe of the scenery and natural beauty. It all looks amazing in your photos, and your guests enjoy a wonderful cocktail hour at the Overlook with gourmet hors d’oeuvres from our kitchen. Everything at the Clubhouse is set as the guests enter. Many of them will gravitate to the sunset deck and large stone bar that flow from the dancing and dining space inside. It looks exactly as you imagined, with gold Chiavari chairs and beautiful linens from our collection. The reception exceeds your expectations, as does the food. and you have the night of your life dancing with your friends and family.
